Todd - FIRED! These are only my opinions. Form your own and let me know what you think.
WEEK ONE: Todd looked like he was in over his head. He didn't look involved enough to get the work done. His attitude toward the others was almost like lip-sinking. He said the right things, but it looked like he said them because he knew he should. Hard telling what really was going on, but it looked to me like he was there just to manage, he said how good they were all doing, but it didn't look like he really knew what they were doing.
