Stephannie - fired These are only my opinions. Form your own and let me know what you think.
WEEK ELEVEN: Well, Stephannie was the Project Manager and she made two bad decisions. She hand-delivered pizza at a crucial time when she could have delegate it. She wanted to personally apologize for the late arrival, but she could have easily sent someone else and added an extra pizza for the apology. Then, in the boardroom she didn't come off strong at all by latching on to an argument between Alex and Chris that she didn't actually see, so she was working on hearsay. A Project Manager should never work with hearsay as the focal point. WEEK TEN: Stephannie was the one picked to leave the boardroom and go back to her room. The other three stayed to see Trump and Erin was fired. WEEK EIGHT: Stephannie was on Chris' team. She was exempt or I think she may have been taken into the Boardroom. Why? Maybe because she's the weakest link next to John. WEEK SEVEN: Stephannie ended up Project Manager this week, although how that happened, I don't know. If no one wanted her back last week, how did she get voted in as P.M.? WEEK SIX: They all hugged her when she came back from the Boardroom, even though none of them wanted her negative attitude to be with them. Alex sent her with Bren to see what the executives required, mostly to keep her out of his hair, I think. WEEK FIVE: She was very upset with Bren, especially since she was one of the three he asked to go get food. In my opinion, the three should have drawn straws, and the loser would be the one to pick up the phone and order the food delivered. :) WEEK FOUR: Stephannie was able to calm the actress. If Bren hadn't come along, they may have lost the actress, and then where would they be? WEEK THREE: Stephannie didn't like Michael's attitude. Danny took Stephannie and Michael into the Boardroom with him and Trump told Stephannie she wasn't going to get fired at this time - in other words, relax. WEEK TWO: We didn't see much of Stephannie this week. She was a worker in the background as far as I could tell. Nothing special. WEEK ONE: Stephannie stood out in one area especially. She seemed to have great patience with Danny. He must have earned her respect some way as most people would be very impatient with him in that situation. He didn't accept her contributions, yet she didn't yell at him. She seemed to have just waited for him to come up with something he could accept. Any comments? mailto:comments@apprenticereview.com
