Erin - FIRED These are only my opinions. Form your own and let me know what you think.
WEEK SIXTEEN: She was brought back to help Kendra with her final project. She was slightly more help than Danny & Michael, as far as I could see. WEEK TEN: Erin's personality evidently didn't relate to do-it-yourself stuff at Home Depot. She was a beauty queen, not a do-it-yourself queen, and was at a loss in the store and didn't bother hiding it. She almost made it through the boardroom, but her last little quip raised Caroline's ire. I don't think Trump wanted to fire her too badly, but he did. I think he's just biding his time until he can fire the other two, Angie and Chris. Now there's only 3 left on their team. WEEK EIGHT: Erin was a great "personality". She was picked to go to the Boardroom, but Trump told her he didn't think she had to worry about being fired. She may have had some good ideas when they were working with the celebrities, but John was too busy doing his "spiel", and kept interrupting her. WEEK SEVEN: Erin was on the winning team this week and, therefore, wasn't spotlighted much what with everything going on with the other team. WEEK SIX: Erin was on the sidelines this week, in my opinion. WEEK FIVE: Erin says Michael said stupid stuff. You think? WEEK FOUR: Erin was project manager this week. She stood up for her team in the Boardroom, but since no one was a winner, she doesn't have immunity next week. She really liked the model's abs -- more than his potential as a model they needed -- when she was looking at the pictures, and she dressed everyone in chef's costumes for the final meeting with Donny Deutsch. Those were two strikes against her. WEEK THREE: Erin didn't like the fact that Danny was being understanding to Verna. Erin thought that if Verna was deserting the team, she should leave right now. Erin was very upset with Michael for the way he was acting. WEEK TWO: You blew it this week when you complained about Verna's situation. Calling someone dead weight is like a strike against your team. The goal is to work together, not pick people apart. WEEK ONE: Erin, you seem very nice. It didn't look like you were looking forward to the Boardroom because you knew you would have to point your finger at someone that didn't perform well. I'm sure you realize the implications here. If you can't say out loud that you felt someone didn't perform well in a certain area, you probably won't fill a seat in Trump's organization. He expects people to step up to the plate when he calls on them. You may have done that in the end, but it was obvious earlier that you didn't want to. You showed a dreaded "weak spot".
