The Apprentice Review - Alex

Alex - fired!

These are only my opinions. Form your own and let me know what you think.

WEEK FIFTEEN: Alex and Tana made a good team and they really looked like they knew what they were doing. Unfortunately, they didn't do research and marketing and therefore they lost. I really thought Alex was going to work his way out of it, especially when George and Caroline told Trump what they thought! Then, just like that, "Alex - you're fired."

You gotta give Alex credit though. He gave the best talk in the taxi and he was fired up and ready to start new companies! Especially now that he knew how it was done. :)

WEEK FOURTEEN: Well, Alex was the project manager and Alex should have received the brunt of the criticism. Well, actually, he received quite a bit, but Bren was fired. Go figure. I think it was the part where Alex talked about when he went overseas. That got Trump's attention. I think the wheels started rolling in Trump's head about having someone in his organization who has that kind of knowledge and experience. What do you think?

WEEK THIRTEEN: Alex didn't look as good this time. He took a nap, which in my book is OK, but he talked about it in the Boardroom. He also didn't get the inside pictures of the car - a big no-no.

WEEK TWELVE: Once again, Alex was the pivotal person in the boardroom. He backed Chris, which, no doubt, helped Donald with his decision to fire Angie. Alex was the Project Manager, and it looked to me like he overloaded Angie to begin with, making her task overwhelming.

WEEK ELEVEN: Alex was the pivotal person in the boardroom. He backed Chris, which, no doubt, helped Donald with his decision to fire Stephannie. Even though Alex felt threatened by Chris at one point, he felt Chris would be a better employee than Stephannie. I think Donald is strongly considering Alex as the next apprentice.

WEEK TEN: Alex sure didn't stand behind Craig this week. He finally came through, but he certainly wasn't a team player.

WEEK EIGHT: He was there, but more in the background than the others this week, too.

WEEK SEVEN: He didn't really stand out this week, but I'm thinking he has a shot at the top 4.

WEEK SIX: Alex was upset that Stephannie came back from the Boardroom. Duh.

Alex was the Project Manager this week. I think he did a pretty good job. Especially when he asked some of the residents of Harlem to give them some advice on how it should look. It was pretty upsetting when Mr. Trump drove by, stopped, but didn't get out. Alex knew they had better work harder. :)

WEEK FIVE: Alex didn't really stand out this time.

WEEK FOUR: Alex was upfront with Michael about his behavior last week, and said Michael owed them all an apology. Michael understood and apologized.

WEEK THREE: Alex had some good remarks, but other than that, what did he do, really?

WEEK TWO: Alex was mostly in the background this week.

WEEK ONE: Alex was in charge of the workers and messed up. Actually, if anyone was in charge of something they weren't familiar with, they might not have had enough people at the point of sale either -- maybe it's a judgment call. Although, come to think of it, I would think that the point of sale would be important in any business and should be on the person's mind, regardless of the type of business. "Do I have enough people trained to take in the money?"
