You Have Four Levels In Your Life

The four levels are: The Physical Level, the Emotional Level, the Mental Level, and the Spiritual Level. If any of them are cluttered, your life is temporarily put on hold in that area.

For instance, on the Physical Level, if you have clutter around your house -- you know, piles and messes -- then you stop the flow of ideas. You need to remove the clutter to promote the clarity. Your house and surroundings affect your brain, much like too much information affects the computer. If it is too full, it can't function properly. Clean up all the clutter in your physical life so your brain can think clearer, and you can function at a better level.

On the Emotional Level, if you have clutter -- unresolved conflicts that have built up stress in your life due to unexpressed feelings and emotions -- it blocks the flow of love in your life. What are you blocking in your life? Can you release it?

On the Mental Level, if you have clutter -- broken agreements,
incompletion -- you stop the flow of creativity.

Broken agreements. Your brain is not stupid. It knows when you have broken agreements laying by the wayside. Did you agree to pay a bill and you haven't done it yet? Maybe you can't pay it at this time, but you need to attend to it, contact the people you owe, whatever. You need to do something so it doesn't FEEL like a burden. Your brain knows that you have not honored that agreement. Therefore, it sees no need to honor other agreements.

And guess what? You will always have that nagging at you. Take care of it however you can and get on with your life. The most powerful thing you can do with yourself is to start making simple agreements with yourself and keeping them, no matter what. If you constantly procrastinate, procrastination gains momentum. What agreement can you make with yourself that you're guaranteed to keep that helps you develop your will and inspires you?

Incompletion. Have you started something and not finished it? Having several things uncompleted blocks your mind. It's very, very taxing on your creative abilities and your mental powers, as well as your ability and willingness to follow through on anything you start. Finishing something opens the flow.

On the Spiritual Level, you need to help others, so that things will constantly flow to you. When you use your gifts to help others, your ability expands. If you have a problem, find someone else who has the same problem and help them. It comes back to you, and creates a flow. Don't concentrate on your problems, because whatever you dwell on magnifies.

Here's how to start your good fortune flowing:

On the Physical Level, write down what you can do to eliminate clutter in your life and commit to cleaning it up for a minimum of 15 minutes a day.

On the Emotional Level, write down what you will do to resolve some conflicts and spend a minimum of 15 minutes a day resolving them.

On the Mental Level, write down your incomplete items and broken
agreements. Spend a minimum of 15 minutes a day resolving them.

On the Spiritual Level, write down who has a problem you know you can help resolve. Spend a minimum of 15 minutes a day helping
someone else.

Now, check yourself in one week, then two weeks, then three weeks.
Say every Sunday evening, check your levels. After the first week you
should feel a shift. After two weeks, the damn should be starting to
break, so to speak. After three weeks you should see a good solid flow.

Every six months or so, check your levels and see what you can do to
make sure things continue to flow smoothly. Good luck.
