Theresa was brought back, along with all of the rest of the Apprentice Candidates, to see if Lee or Sean will hire her to help them win. Neither did.
Theresa couldn't keep a handle on all her "employees". She didn't pay attention when Tarek was trying to get his point across. She had issues with Lenny. She didn't double-check anyone's work as far as I could see. She just gave people jobs and assumed they would do them. I don't think that's what you call a hands-on managerial type of management. And you need to keep your hand in each and every aspect when you don't know what your workers are capable of.
She took Tarek and Lenny to the Boardroom, but she
got fired. In hind site, she should have taken Charmaine with
her. If Theresa wanted to win this competition, she could have
prepared for it in a different way. Find out how by reading "Do
