Fired!
Lenny was brought back this episode to see if Lee or Sean would hire him. Lee did, but I still see Lenny with the same problems he had below.
In the first Apprentice episode last night, Lenny was the Project Manager. He wasn't a good one, in my opinion. It was done his way, without much say from the others, although they continually offered it. He was fired upfront, without even getting to take one or two others to the Boardroom with him. I think if Lenny were to feel more in control, he would do better. Sometimes when you look at him, you get the feeling he feels bombarded with information he doesn't want. Maybe he doesn't want it because he doesn't know what to do with it. If he knew how to be creative and had a direction to go with it, he might feel more in control. I recommend that he read "Learn To Be Creative". Once he reads it, he should practice it until it becomes second nature. He would benefit from the other articles listed here, as well. What do you think?
Lenny didn't contribute much and was taken to the Boardroom.
Lenny told Tarek and Dan that the worded caption for the commercial, with no voice, wouldn't work, and he was right. On the other hand, he had the idea that failed for the castaway. Chances were that if he would have gone to the Boardroom, HE would have been the one fired.
Lenny has his own way of seeing things. He did his job, but he didn't think he needed to do anything else. He almost got fired, I think.
