Lenny brought Pepi in to work for Lee. Trump was amazed, especially since Pepi he was fired in the second episode.

Pepi was the Project Manager. As with many Project Managers, he didn't seem to have control of the situations as they presented themselves. He took Brent, Michael, and Stacy in with him to the Boardroom. He and Stacy were fired. I couldn't believe Brent was kept on, but I guess he adds the much-needed friction to the show.
