Charmaine

Name: Charmaine Hunt

Age: 27

College: Western Kentucky University

What she's doing now: She is an area manager for a Fortune 50 Company.

Fired!

5.29.06

Charmaine was brought back, along with all of the rest of the Apprentice Candidates, to see if Lee or Sean will hire her to help them win. Neither did.

5.1.06

Charmaine was Project Manager, and her concerns, evidently, were not in the advertising -- advertising which would get the people to Hair Cutters to spend the money her team needed so they could win. She was concentrating on the layout and getting her hair done. How she could have settled for getting her hair done was hard enough to understand - yes, I guess you do have to know the product to sell it - but getting it done when there was no one in the building? No shoppers? Hello . . . that should have been her first clue that she was losing and it should have gotten her off her duff and out getting the traffic.

It seemed to me that as she tried to guide her team, her thoughts were more on how the guys didn't like her. She reacted defensively and was not analytical. I think she would do well if she read "Action . . . Or Reaction?". What do you think?

4.24.06

Charmaine is good. I don't think she'll make the cut, but she's going to hang in for a couple more weeks.

4.10.06

Charmaine stood up for Leslie. Just as everyone was leaving the Boardroom, she turned around and asked Trump if she could say something. He said yes, and she said that she thought Leslie shouldn't get fired.

4.3.06

Charmaine got by lucky today. If Bryce would have taken her to the Boardroom with him, she would have had a good chance of getting fired. She was in charge of the jingle and it had a serious flaw in it.

3.20.06

Charmaine was the Project Manager this week. She kept her cool and did very well.

3.13.06

Charmaine didn't do her job well. She was the one that got the comedienne and she paid her full price for doing a bad job. If she would have been picked to go to the Boardroom, she would have been on the hot seat. Didn't she also get the models?
