Tincher, Master Neuro-Linguistic Programmer, These
are only my opinions. Form your own and let me know what you think? ToralFired 10/13/05Toral wasn't responsible for anything, and she still got fired. She was on thin ice last week, and this was the time to prove herself. She asked to be project manager, but only if someone else didn't want it. She didn't project herself into the role and Felicia took over. She was asked to be the team mascot, but it went against her vision of herself. She said people would make fun of her.I believe that was the time that Toral should have taken stock of why she was there and what she was going to have to do to stay. Values played an important part in many of the scenarios with the candidates, but in this case, I think it was more a case of Toral's belief system. She seemed to have the feeling of prejudice working against her and her family, and I didn't see any evidence of it. Sometimes we let our belief system get in our way. What are your beliefs? Do they support you? Now is the time to decide what you stand for. to decide how important old beliefs are. Here is an article that can help. "Do You Want To Change Your Belief Pattern?" http://www.tameyourbrain.com/beliefpattern.htmName: Toral Age: 29 College: Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania What she's doing now: She is a Vice President in the Capital
Markets group of a major investment bank in New York City, and is among
the handful of officer level women in her group responsible for originating,
structuring, negotiating and closing multi-million dollar business deals. Any comments? mailto:comments@apprenticereview.com
