Kristi was fired for being bossy and opinionated. She didn't step up to the plate, was said a few times. One thing that she obviously didn't have, was respect for others. It seemed to me that she talked over them several times. It would be helpful to her if she knew how to gain rapport and concentrated on keeping it.
