James concentrated on the job he, too, was given in the batter's cage, and didn't make sales. I think, since sales is the bottom line with Trump, Trump's theory was that anyone who didn't fully understand the importance of making sales had to go. What I suggest for both James and Mark is to do his own homework about any given situation, keep his eyes on the total picture and constantly figure out ways to improve.
