Alla
getting fired was a surprise. Alla
is a very strong woman and she knows what she wants. She isn't mean,
cruel, or petty, but she is persistent. She
didn't want Felisha running over her in the boardroom and that was her
downfall. If she would have just shook her head when Felisha said something
she didn't agree with, Donald probably would have given her a chance
to speak. I
thought she did everything she could to help them succeed.
However,
I do feel if her thoughts weren't , "I'm not going to let
her run me over (paraphrased)", she wouldn't have reacted as she
did. If she would have kept her thoughts positive and supportive, Felisha
would have felt that and not felt so pressured. By positive, I mean
something like,"She's feeling a little pressure here. How can I
help?" Or, "How can I help her do her best?" Because
I'm sure, now that Alla has had a chance to think about it, she realizes
that she wasn't acting as part of a team, she was reacting.
