Fired! 1/7/07

Martin was the first person fired. He was on Frank's team and they lost. Trump just couldn't see Martin working for him on construction sites. Of course, I definitely agree. Martin dressed quite flamboyantly and looked like the type that didn't want to get his hands dirty.

My advice for Martin:

If you are applying for a desk job, you dressed appropriately. However, if you researched the job you were actually applying for, you would have had a wardrobe with you that was ready for anything. You are a brilliant man, they say. Maybe you should have checked out what type of "brilliance" was going to be needed and in which areas. Then, you would have been better prepared.

When applying for a job, ask not what the job can do for you, but for what you can do for the job. Find the answers and go for it!


 Martin, 37, was born in Amityville, New York and raised in Long Island.

He graduated cum laude from Adelphi University with a business degree, concentrating in finance and management, and later graduated from The George Washington University National Law Center.

He is also a member of the U.S. Supreme Court Bar. In addition, Martin served as a Board of Director member for metro New York's Make-a-Wish Foundation.

He is currently the Senior Assistant City Attorney of Atlanta, handling real estate, communications, utilities and commercial transaction contracts and negotiations that affect millions of people.
