Rob is 32 years old, and he is from Frisco, TX. He was the first Apprentice to go.

Rob grew up in Texas, and earned a football scholarship to Northeast Missouri State University. He started four years at the linebacker position. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Texas, he and his wife founded Flanagan Enterprises, Inc. and grew it into a multi-million dollar business selling corporate-branded items and custom solution packaging products worldwide.

Rob partnered with HotLink, Inc., an industry leader utilizing marketing automation based in Austin, Texas. He is now VP of Dallas Sales. Rob has two young children, he enjoys golf, SCUBA diving, playing his guitar, and fishing.

Fired!

It was probably pretty obvious that the person who makes excuses is the first to go.

And Rob did make excuses. His comeback was *I did this, this, and this* to show his good points, but he stopped saying it when he saw that it wasn't getting him anywhere. My opinion is, he should have shied away from blaming someone else and gone back to pointing out what he did well. He might even have gotten away with, *Next time, I'll ----* Unless Donald is shaking his head . . .

How could have Rob been better prepared?

If he had a good Power Picture, he wouldn't have been sitting there, shaking his head. He would have had confidence that whatever he did, he did well.

On his way into the Board Room, his physiology told us that he knew he didn't have much of a chance at staying. Again, if he had been visualizing his Power Picture and what it stood for, he would have looked good -- not just in the Boardroom, but the whole time!

Who do you think will be The Apprentice?

Here is my final guess:

The Apprentice will be Kevin.
The other three of the remaining four will be fired as follows:
Second place: Jennifer M
Third place: Kelly
Fourth place: Ivana

We'll see how it goes. :)
